What is life coaching?

In the simplest of terms, life coaching is getting you from where you are to where you want to be.

It’s a partnership between the coach and the client.

I provide guidance and support by walking beside you throughout the journey. 

  • Lovingly challenge you to step up into your own greatness

  • Encourage you every step of the way

  • Hold you gently accountable to the actions you commit to

  • Celebrate YOU and all your wins, no matter the size

I believe you are your own best expert, so you determine:

  • The areas of your life that need some loving attention

  • The goals you wish to set

  • You make your own decisions on what actions you will take between sessions 

I support you in gaining a greater level of awareness and empowerment through creating a space that can hold it all: your big dreams, your fears, your triumphs, your setbacks, your feelings about ALL OF IT. 

I ask powerful questions to facilitate self-reflection, some that may need extra time to answer, and offer positive feedback to help you find the path forward that is right for you for creating a life you LOVE! 

Life coaching is not the same as counselling.  Counselling is usually about looking back over someone’s history to understand the present.  Life coaching is focused on someone’s present and looking towards their future.

Why self-love coaching?

When I learned to connect with myself and tune in to what my inner landscape was like, it gave me a way to come back to myself time and time again. I could listen to what my heart wanted for me, realizing that my heart held my deepest and truest longings. I could get to know myself in a deep way. I could see what I was tolerating and work on setting boundaries and speaking about what I needed. I could treat myself with the same kindness and respect I offered my friends.  I could love, encourage and celebrate myself the way I did for those in my circle.

It wasn’t an easy journey, nor was it always pleasant, but it was very rewarding.  It was also a process and one that I both resisted and embraced…a dance of sorts.  The beautiful result that came out of returning to the dance over and over and being consistent with it for stretches of time, is that I have a deep love and appreciation for myself, who I am, the various versions of myself that I have been, all I’ve overcome and all I’ve accomplished. It doesn’t mean I don’t have setbacks or missteps, but I offer myself compassion instead of judgment when it happens, let it go and move forward.

I want to draw from my skills, knowledge and lived experience to help others on their journey towards a deep and loving relationship with themselves.

3 Month Series (6 sessions over 12 weeks)

Set up to three inspiring goals to work on to build a strong foundation towards a deep and compassionate relationship with yourself. (Re)Examine your values and (re)connect to yourself in a deep, meaningful way to create a life that is fully supportive of your well-being, aligned to your heart’s longing and is an authentic expression of who you are and what matters to you.

Includes

  • In-depth pre-coaching questionnaire

  • 1 45-minute no obligation complimentary discovery call

  • 1 90-minute goal setting session

  • 5 60-minute action sessions (one every two weeks)

  • Support via email/Voxer throughout the series

  • Review of any homework or reflections on homework throughout the series

  • A celebratory review of your progress

Investment: $690 or 3 monthly payments of $230

  • in active trauma or experiencing a mental health crisis

Becoming a client

  • It starts with contacting me here.

  • I will send you a link to an in-depth pre-coaching questionnaire that will help you reflect on what’s working in your life and what could use some loving attention.

  • Once I have received your completed questionnaire, you will receive a link to schedule a 45-minute no obligation discovery call on Zoom to discuss your questionnaire responses deeper, as well as to tell me more about the vision you have for yourself and your life.  You will get a chance to ask me any questions you may have about working with a coach or about me and my journey. 

  • If we both determine it’s a good fit and you wish to proceed on a coaching series together, I will send you a coaching agreement to sign, a link for payment and a welcome packet that includes information to help you have a successful coaching experience. 

  • Lastly, you will receive a link to schedule your sessions.
